Card charged the instant you book. Service fails. Support claims a refund was 'processed' weeks ago — your bank confirms nothing ever arrived. The money sits in their account, not yours.
The harm
Travelers stranded with no room and no money. Families out hundreds or thousands of dollars. Months of being told 'check with your bank' while the bank says nothing was ever sent.
The demand
Refund within 14 days when a booking is not honored. A written reason and an Acquirer Reference Number signed by a named human for any delayed refund. End the practice of falsely confirming refunds that were never transmitted.
