Human verification

The Wall.

Big tech can't tell humans from bots. So they lock everyone out and call it security. The Wall is the opposite: a real human, on a real video call, who looks at your ID, hears your voice, and signs a receipt that says you're you. Nothing is stored. Nothing is recorded. The receipt is the only thing that exists when the call ends.

How it works

  1. Request a call. Tell us a name (or alias), which platform locked you out, your time zone, and your language. Takes 30 seconds.
  2. A vetted human joins you on live video. Could be an IT pro, an AI engineer, a paralegal, a retired notary, a librarian — real people who volunteered and were approved.
  3. You show your government ID on camera and read aloud a one-time phrase we generate. The verifier confirms the face matches the ID and the voice is live.
  4. You get a signed receipt (PDF + verifiable JSON). Attach it to your Google appeal, your CRTC complaint, your bank chargeback — anywhere a human reviewer might be on the other end.

What is NOT stored

  • ✗ No photo of your ID is uploaded or saved.
  • ✗ No video of the call is recorded.
  • ✗ No audio of your voice is kept — only a hash of the random phrase you read.
  • ✗ Verifiers never see your email, phone, or home address.
  • ✓ The only artifact is the receipt: timestamp, verifier ID, checklist results, signature.

Why it works

A 90-second call with a real human creates a paper trail no fraud algorithm can wave away. When Google's appeal form asks for "additional context," you paste a receipt ID that anyone — including their reviewer — can independently verify. It's the cheapest, fastest, most human form of KYC ever built, and it costs you nothing.

Already on a call right now?

Both sides open the same room link. The room is on Jitsi Meet's free public infrastructure with recording disabled — we don't run the server, so we can't see who joined or what was said.

Status: Phase 1 — we're collecting requests and verifier applications by email while the live-video infrastructure (Cloudflare Realtime SFU + Ed25519-signed receipts) is wired up. Every request gets a real reply.
